This technology has been developed for vocal communication between a person and a computer. Voice dialogue systems can be used for many purposes including automation of call center services or controlling applications by using telephone lines (Interactive voice response, IVR systems) or microphone (embedded systems).
We offer 3 types of technologies
Automatic switchboard operator
User calls the operator’s telephone number. Then they say the name of the person they want to reach and the system recognizes this name. Afterwards, the corresponding telephone number is found in the database and the caller is put through.
Computer-controlled dialogue, the system can recognize phrases defined by a grammar. Supports VoiceXML, MRCP ASR, MRCP TTS.
Intelligent phone assistant
It gathers information, makes calls, plans meetings etc.
The dialogue in natural language is user-controlled. The system recognizes any phrase. This is possible thanks to the LVCSR (Large Vocabulary Continuous Speech Recognition) technology. The system components include ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition), TTS (Text to Speech), SLU (Spoken Language Understanding), NLG (Natural Language Generation), and DM (Dialogue Manager).
Multimodal dialogue
Application controlled by a keyboard, mouse and/or vocal communication. Input can be entered by either typing on a keyboard or speaking to a microphone.
